CCM end of year banquet

Event Description:

This reservation is being made as a backup in case of rain. This event is a VIP event with SU President, SU VP, Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington. We plan to be outside at Goodson Chapel, but need a back up plan. We would need 5 rectangular tables; 8 round tables and 80 chairs. No tablecloths. Our students can set up. Kali Highlander is one of our students and can also be a point of contact. We will make a decision on Friday if this room is needed. We will have visible security which has been coordinated with DCS.
