Mr. Ricky Malebranche Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024 7 pm Henkel 109 Deacon Ricky Malebranche, who will be ordained a priest in June for the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, will share the story of his journey to the priesthood. A cradle Catholic, Deacon Ricky will share why he chose to stay Catholic and why he chose to change careers to dedicate his life to serve God's people as a priest. He will explain how your brokenness is ok, that God heals and transforms you so you can do great things for Him and others. Through his story, Deacon Ricky will show that by listening to God's voice and call, you will discover true beauty, peace, and freedom. There will be Q&A after the talk, so come with your questions! BIO Deacon Ricky Malebranche grew up in Dale City, VA. He is a graduate of George Mason University and earned Master's degrees in Counseling from Liberty University and Lamar University. After working for five years as a school counselor at St. John Paul the Great Catholic High School in Dumfries, VA, he entered Mount St. Mary's Seminary in Emmitsburg, MD in 2019.
